hurt bird and cat
i once took in a hurt bird with a broken wing and fed him etc and he coped fine, he lived with us until he was old enough and big enough to be on his own.
another time i took in a abandoned cat and looked after and i had until its tragic death which was when it was very old,it coped perfectly fine.
