I just submitted an aswer very similar to this one for woodchucks just moments ago. I imagine this will work for rabbits too.Spread some dog feces in and around their hole. Wait for a day or two and then fill in the hole. You'll probably never see them again.They regard this as the scent or presence of a predator.
