Please get a second opinion from another vet. You know, it could be a dirty scent gland. Bunnies have 2 sets of scent glands; one underneath their chin and one by their genitals. They need to be cleaned! Otherwise, they can get red and infected. If not that, then your rabbit might have some other serious issue. Go to a new vet, maybe call around and find one that specializes in rabbits/small animals. Hope your bunny gets better soon!
