Default are garden bird dropping s a health hazard?

as my neighbour feeds them all day every day and my plants a garden furniture is full of it

Well I'd clean my garden furniture but it's ok for the plants. It should fertilize them!

There is no fear of any kind of disease with bird dropping. Though it is a messy affair to keep your garden clean,but you can sprinkle water to wash it off.

Yes they are, really bad, rush across to your neighbour and make him eat that sh*t that the birds eat, if he doesn't beat him on the head until he is dead and gone
