Problems with rabbits as pets
I have known people that have had rabbits as pets and have gotten rid of them because of some reason or another. They tell me rabbits are not good pets and are a lot of work. Is this true.

I think if you are willing to put the work in as far as cleaning the cage and putting up with the smell if they are indoors then they are worth it. It's kind of like any other pet, but I think that bunnies are a little more high maintenance.

I have had a rabbit inside my house for about a year now. It is very well trained and not messy. It's really easy to keep up you just have to clean it's cage daily, feed, and water. Mine liked to lay on the sofa and paw at the seat cover which was so cute. Plus you have to make sure you keep their toenails clipped. They aren't the easiest of pets to maintain but one of the cuter ones.

I love my pet buns... once you get them use to the idea of using the litter box its easy clean up. I did however cover cords and hook them up on the wall away from the floor.
If you get a little one look under your pillows before you sit down, mine likes to burrow in the pillows.

It is true that rabbits are the cutest pets ,they don't bite, feeding them is not a big deal. they are lovely to be cuddled. The only problem is keeping their cage clean and getting used to the stink.

Rabbits make great pets but they still require responsible care and daily attention. Basic needs are a warm, dry hutch, clean, wholesome food, and fresh water to drink.

I think rabbits are good pets to have but I only want one rabbit at home, We had more than one rabbit before and the problem we had was their fast reproduction.

That is true it a tedious job to keep fish at home.I have given it a try number of times but had failed every time.As far rabbits are concerned it is not that difficult a job.

If you are not willing to tend to their daily needs, then they are not good pets. They need daily exercise, proper diet (which can be costly), vet bills are high because they are considered exotic pets.
