Default Training

I've never owned a rabbit but have always wondered about this - can you train them to do anything, like not to do something, where to go to the bathroom, tricks, etc.?

What kind of things have you taught your rabbit to do?

You can definitely train them. Actually, our friend had a bunny that knew its name and would run after a ball and push it back with its nose. I'm not sure if it was litter trained or not, though.

Yeah I have my rabbit trained pretty well. He likes to chase balls and he uses a litter box. Weird I know but believe it works just like a cat but they do tend to make more of a mess than cat's so I would advise you to put the litter box in their cage or in a closet space on cardboard or something if you have carpet.

Though training of a bunny is a tough job, as compared to training of other pets is concerned. But they can be trained to use their litter box, but you will have to put in lot of effort.

Training a rabbit is as easy as training a dog. you just need to find out what your rabbit likes to eat and then treat him if he performs well in the training. Constant incentives will make him learn the things quicker.
