Default I have a wounded bunny (not fatally wounded)...

...that i found and how do i nurse it back to health? He's big. hes medium sized and a small piece of skin is torn on his back but he's not bleding

You should take him to a vet. A trustworthy one.

Give him a good diet. Rabbit food with vitimins. He will clean his own wound. He will remove the hair around it. Are you sure that it is not a gun shot wound? Is he able to move around. Is he wild? If he is wild you need to take him to a vet to have him checked for rabies.

Near me there's a animal clinic where I took a bird that was attacked by a cat...it didn't make it. But it was a great place and they called me when it died so I suggest taking it either to a clinic or to animal control...just make sure it's a trusted place

I think it's really sweet that you took in a wounded bunny.

I would just take him to the vet, and do whatever the vet says you should do. You can ask the vet or the nurse all of your bunny related questions.
