I was wondering because I remember a friend telling me that it was safe and actually good for cats to eat grass is that true?

yeah it perfectly fine its part of their diguestive system its helps them breakdown their food

yes, your cat prob will vomit but thats normal, eatinggrass cleamses there digestive system and helps with hairballs, I let my cats walk around luside to eat grass at least once a week and it hasn't harmed them, just don't bring her/him inside for a while, you don't want your kitty vomiting on the carpet

you have an excellent kitten. kitties need grass for helping to rid their bodies of haiirbals without vomiting all over your clthes and bed. yuck. so---get your kitty a batch of greens, place it next to kitty's food and water dishes, and wnjoy your good kitty.

I've never fed my cat grass. You said it was helpful for their system but is it required? I have cat food for with a hairball formula.
