Default I'm looking for special cat food for a kidney...

...problem? my mail cat who is 15 years old is at the beginning stages of kidney disease. I'm looking for different types of cat food that would be good for this type of problem.

science diet kidney formula. it is Fantastic! they make a wet AND a dry version.

your vet can also give you a powdered supplement to add to your cat's food. i think it was potassium, but be on the safe side and check with y'vet. do not give your cat any vitamins intended for human consumption! humans have different needs, and are MUCH bigger. you don't want to poison your cat, especially if his kidneys are failing.
