My neighbor has lot of Coon Dogs, blue ticks and such. They always bark while we are trying to sleep and their kettle is right along the fence to our yard. I was wondering is there anything I can do to get them to stop or some legal action? I have tried talking to my neighbor but he seems not to care since he works midnight shift he really doesn't have to hear it.

Most places have a time when it has to be quiet. I would call the police or the city in which you live and tell them that you have this problem and have tried to talk to the neighbor. They should require them to put the dogs in at night or fine them or something.
