There was a show on Discovery Channel called Animal Face Off; one episode featured an elephant versus a rhino. Experts contributed their opinions and they build models, computer simulations, etc...The elephant won.

Elephants, There was a case a few years ago of an elephant relocation programme in South Africa. The males moved were young and caused a lot of problems by killing a number of endangered rihno (5 I think!). Problem was sorted when they introduced an older, larger dominant male who suppresed the 'musth' (state of increased hormones when males go a little bananas)of the younger ones.
