Default Sugar Gliders

Has anyone heard of sugar gliders? If so can you tell me some information about them. I have a friend who told me that they would be a good pet for someone who sleeps during the day and works at night. Is this true?

Well I haven't this animal but I know few things on sugar gliders. They are 16 to 20 cm (6.3 to 7.5 inches) in length nd weighs between 90 and 150 grams. They are good pet and harmless for us.

I have pics of sugar gliders

They are very cute, but if you have them out of their cage and let them roam in the house they are very hard to catch. But still a lot of fun and they are so cute.

I need to mention something about sugar gliders.

They absolutely must have company or they will literally die from loneliness.

You have a choice of either keeping it with you all the time, or getting 2 of them, or you can raise a baby sugar glider with a baby domestic rat.

That is a very interesting piece of information. I have never heard anything about them needing company. It is also interesting to hear that they can be raised with domestic rats as well.

Do they get along well? Is that why they can be raised together or are there some things they have in common.
