No, they are not domesticated for a reason. They are not suited to living with people, and have not allowed themselves to be domesticated. Do not ever take an exotic animal as a "pet"!

well that all depends how much time you want to spend on a pet, exotic animals take extra care and feeding , enviroment habitat, climate control(usually). so, how old are you and where do you live and do you have other animals and then,,, what kind of pet is it you interested in, then i can answer your question with all the informative facts thanks bye bye kim

It really depends on your definition of an exotic. Some people call snakes/reptiles exotics.

If you mean a breed of typically wild and aggressive animals, ie: tigers, etc...then the answer is simple. No.
