they are making a mess in her food and water? there is a top ledge that they sit on and their droppings go right into her food and water ... anywhere i move it to there is a ledge.

The University I go to has a really neat device for keeping the birds away. Its a speaker system that plays the calls of local predator birds. It work really well.
